The cutting board is made from HDPE, a high quality plastic that is perfect for the busy restaurant kitchen. The NSF wouldn't approve a polyethylene board for any reason! The polyethylene cutting board is warp resistant and perfect for any restaurant kitchen! Bacteria won't last on this plastic board - it's surface resists the growth of any bacteria! Scuffing or bending may occur during the shipping process.
